Dear Art and Lee, Ron and Debbie, Audrey and Wayne and families
We are saddened to hear of Mabel’s passing. She will be fondly remembered by many for her gentle, caring, and helpful nature. In earlier years, through our church I knew her as a wife, mother, grandmother, volunteer, and a woman strong in her faith. When she moved to Lumsden, I witnessed her strong connection to community, volunteering her time with the Church, activities at the Dew Drop In, and serving meals to seniors at Lumsden Park Manor. Her time with me at the Manor has given me wonderful happy memories. She was a dear friend to my Mom. And seeing her out walking, often with Edna, always made me smile. Mabel had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for. A lovely beautiful soul.
She will be dearly missed, may your memories carry you through this sad and difficult time.
