My deepest condolences to Jeff’s loved ones, and especially to his children. He was so incredibly proud of the kids! Jeff was a colleague at the Regina Bypass; he was always such a pleasant fellow and we so enjoyed when he dropped into the environmental office. We shared many laughs, and he did indeed have the worst jokes (we still thought they were funny anyways). He was a good man all-around.
