I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the Fichter family for their loss at this sad time. I enjoyed many great memories of Ray and will always cherish my time spent working at his Chartered Accounting Firm during the spring of (1973-75). This time included travelling to small towns like Lampman, Benson and Carnduff doing audits for the rural municipalities (RM). My responsibilities also included bookkeeping for many local businesses and checking countless income tax forms that Ray had prepared until the late hours of the evening. Everyone enjoyed a great working atmosphere which included Mrs. Bernice MacDougall and Bonnie Man. Ray will be sadly missed by family and everyone who had the pleasure of being involved in his life and many endeavours. Sincerely, James Scraper .
