I met Karen at bridgepoint the first time I went. She helped me so much in my eating disorder recovery. We hadn't talked much this past year, I wish I had reached out. She will be missed

To my sister,I’ve loved the time we spent together, so many laughs and special memories I will never forget! You left this world happy and that was long over due, You rest now, I will assure you your memories will go on forever! I will miss you and when the tears stop, I know I will find myself laughing at your humor.

Karen will always have a place in my heart as one of the best friends a gal could have. The hours we would spend over coffees (with cream) when our kids were little and the unforgettable cocktail Fridays are a huge highlight of our Lafleche years. Rest easy Karen, you are at peace.

Cody, Matthew, Sawyer and Annie we are so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was so proud of you. We know she struggled but I also know that her time in Regina with you, your partners and her "awesome grandkids" brought her great joy and a sense of inner peace that she hadn't had in a long time. She loved you all dearly.
"Thank you" for many wonderful memories Karen, you were and always will be loved. Rest in peace.

Cody, Matthew, Sawyer and Annie - I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mom and all of you kids will always hold a special place in my heart. Your mom was one of a kind. She treated me like a daughter, even after she finally had one of her own! I can't think of your mom without hearing her laugh or seeing her smile. I'm so glad she was at peace when she passed, that will carry with her beyond. I love you all ❤️.
