Lynn: Larry and I wish to express our sincere condolences on Jerome's passing. I remember him well from my time with the amteur radio club in Regina. I remember seeing Jerome at the Roughrider games. We think often of the two of you and when we stopped in to congratulate you at your wedding supper in the Saskatoon Inn. Jerome never forgot a voice and introduced Larry and I to your guests when we told him that we also had gotten married that day. Sincerely, Larry VE5WX and Joan VE5JML

In the eighties I had several cups of coffee with Jerome at the Utopia restaurant. Pardon the pun but he was extraordinarily gracious about providing insights into blindness. The other thing that impressed was his all round knowledge of music. Deepest sympathies to those who loved him.

Like Jerome, I'm a totally blind amateur radio operator, and he was one of the people that encouraged me to take up the hobby.
I was introduced to him by a friend back in 1994. We not only discussed amateur radio, but also an electronic notetaker he was using at the time, and accordions among other things. He and Lynn visited us on more than one occasion, and it was always fun.
Rest in peace, Jerome, and condolences to Lynn and family.

To Lynn and Jerome's family. I was saddened to learn of Jerome's passing. Jerome was an amazing member of the CCB Board of Director through my 10+ years as President. I valued his opinions greatly and always enjoyed my conversations with him. He will be greatly missed by the Council but not forgotten. You have been an amazing person along side of him too. I will be watching the live stream service today. Thank you for sharing him with the Canadian Council of the Blind. Take care and keep in touch.
