Sincere condolences to all Cecelia’s family. Cecelia was a one of a kind, one in a million lady. When I worked with her she was always entertaining and made sure everyone laughed and felt loved. When she retired the office lost everything as no one replaced her or her character. She will always be remembered and loved. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
