Fayant, Marie Cecelia

It is with deep sadness that the family of Marie Cecelia Fayant announces her passing on Friday, June 10, 2022 at the age of 76 years. Cecelia will be lovingly remembered by her children:  Sandra, Doyle (Caroline), Sheila (Lawrence), Debbie (Brian), and Shelley (Troy) and her fur baby Princess.  She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron (Amanda), Brent, Alexandra, Paige, Lyla (Wyatt), Tyler (Caitlin) and Kaitlyn (John); as well as numerous precious great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Predeceased by her husband Peter Fayant (Feb 6, 2021), her parents, Agnes and Thomas Majore and brothers Victor, Don and Alfred, sisters Clara, Rita and Evelyn. Cecelia was born in Lebret, SK and lived most of her life in Regina.  Her family and friends were her world.  She was very outspoken but did it out of love and knew a lot of family history so if you needed to know the past, she was the one to go to. She loved camping and watching/listening to the birds which her favorite was the hummingbirds.  She will be greatly missed, but we know she is now with the love of her life Dad (Peter) who she missed tremendously. Our hearts are broken, but we have faith in God that Cecelia can now rest in peace and be re-united with her family in heaven. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, June 16 at 3:30 p.m. To view the livestream, please click on the highlighted link above.
