We wish to express our sincere condolences to Ron and the family and to share a few thoughts of our dear friend Elsie. It was back in the late 1970’s in Regina when we first got to know and cherish Elsie through our friendship with Ron. Over the years since, even though we relocated to Winnipeg and then to Vancouver, we remained close friends. Visiting back and forth and travelling together on many memorable occasions we thoroughly enjoyed each others company. Always meticulous with her hair, makeup, nails and personal apparel, Elsie was a caring and thoughtful lady who we will miss and forever remember. We first met Ron and Elsie in early 1981 when we moved next door to them. We moved again in late 1983 but remained close friends over the years visiting back and forth. Elsie always had all the neat items to add to her table and great meals. She was great support and comfort to all her family as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time of sorrow and loss. The world has lost an incredible lady, however, Heaven has gained an amazing Angel. Our deepest condolences to Ron and his family on the passing of a great lady. Elsie was a wonderful wife mother,grandmother and great grandmother She loved her family and made many sacrifices for each of them. We had many amazing meals at Ron and Elsies. She was an amazing cook and kept an immaculate home. I'm very great full that our grandson Tristan had Elsie as a great grandmother. Not very many people can say they golfed with thier great grandparents but Tristan can. Rest in peace Elsie. Wayne and Donna Pekrul
