Greg and I grew up together in the town of Bengough. Since birth to the end of grade 12, we spent many carefree days playing sports, video games, horsing around and oh yea, attending school. I was always a bit envious of Greg's natural ability in school. He was one intelligent individual. Unfortunately and most regrettably, Greg and I drifted apart in our adult years, sparingly crossing paths. I will forever cherish and remember the innocent days of our youth. Rest in peace my childhood friend.
Keith, Penny and Greg's extended family, please accept my deepest condolences.

I was shocked to hear the news. I had seen Greg what seemed like a just a few months ago but wasn’t able to talk to him at the time.
Having know Greg since the age of 5 attending school from Kindergarten to graduating high school, there are many memories of Greg.
The first one is being in Grade 1 and standing at the chalkboard beside him as our teacher Mrs Maki asked us to spell Saskatchewan. Greg and I consulted on the spelling and we nailed it.
Another memory I have is when we we finally got a swimming pool in Bengough and Greg daring our classmate Scott to do a belly flop. I can’t recall if Scott actually did it but I would almost guess he did.
And then our graduating year. My absolute favourite memory of Greg is sitting in Geo-trig class and I sat in front of Greg in this class and he would always, always ask me after an exam “what did you get?” He knew I didn’t pay attention nor had notes and of course, Greg always aced him exams. The last exam we had before we head into finals he asks his usual question. When I told him what my mark was his eyes went big and his response was “What the h**l did you write your name WRONG too?” I told him I didn’t put my name on it. He shook his head and we both had a giggle.
I have many fond memories of Greg growing up. Playing sports, hanging out at the pool, hanging out at the restaurant, school dances, partying at the trees, his cool car, graduation ceremonies as he was our Valedictorian just to name a few.
After high school we both left and we didn’t keep in touch until Facebook, where I saw after so many years he was living a great life in Regina.
To all his family, my heart hurts for you as you navigate this grief. Hold onto all the memories and remember to speak his name often as that is how we keep his memory alive.

My condolences to Jennifer and the whole family.
Greg was a great man with a great personality, I remember trying to twist his arm to join the Regina Photo Club executive for a few years, I'm glad he finally did because I think he liked it and did a great job.
I am gonna miss our talks, Kung Pao Wok suppers and weird photo shoots
