Susan and Family:
Mr. Haacke was my shop teacher at Campbell (Class of 2019). I respected him and admired his teaching style immensely. His class was my favorite not just because of the subject. It was also because of the relationship and connection we shared. I would spend as many lunch hours as I could with my friends in the auto shop.
I am in my fourth year of my B of Ed at the U of Regina. He is one of the reasons that I decided to become a teacher. I can only hope to inspire someone else in the same way he inspired me. I will always have fond memories of those classes and of him.
Please accept my condolences on your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I was unable to attend the service because of COVID in my home. I am sorry that I was not able to attend.
Andrew P. MacPhail

While I never took a class from Mr. Haacke, we spoke many times in the hallway. He was always very respectful, friendly and relatable. I remember him fondly and am sure he will be deeply missed. Please accept my condolences on his passing.

He was a great teacher and always respected the man because he gave me respect during the time of my life when I didn’t get much from teachers. He treated me like a person first and I’ll never forget him for that. May you rest in peace sir.
