Obituary of Norman Henry Matties

Norman Matties passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the age of 93, surrounded by his children. He was predeceased by his wife, Betty, of 51 years; parents Joe and Bertha Matties; siblings Myrtle Paulson, Fred Matties, Dorothy Wellington, Harold Matties; sister-in-law Ann Matties; and brother-in-law Rodney Broadis.  Norman is survived by his sons Dale (Debbie), Dwight (Pam); daughters Charlene (Dale), Angela (Alan); grandchildren Nicole, Justin (Michelle), Devin, Zachary, Abigail; great-grandson Lucas; sisters-in-law Shirley Broadis, Ona Matties; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, at 10:00 a.m., with Diane Guilford officiating.  Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.  Flowers gratefully declined.
