I’m writing this post to celebrate and affirm my love for Jenn. We met in sorority as much younger versions of ourselves. Jenn was always so giving, warm, friendly, stylish and adventurous. She loved going out and exploring new food, drinks and places. She loved deeply and widely. She was curious and asked questions to get to know her people better. She listened and cared. Her biggest love was/is her son Kai. All along her 8 year battle with cancer she remained in spirit, Jenn and committed to fight another day, despite what her cancers stole from her. For this I am proud of her (and more of course). She truly, truly gave it her all just for another day. I’m glad she isn’t suffering anymore and can rest knowing she did everything she could. Thank you for always being the best version of you.
Sending love to Jen’s parents, Ivan, family, friends and especially to Kai. Kai, your Momma loves you very, very much. She is still watching over you and cheering you on. And a special note to Jenn’s Mom, I’m so glad I got to meet you. Thank you for all of the support and love you gave Jenn. You’re a very good Mom.
