Mike and I were saddened to hear of Marge’s passing. We were neighbours of Mike and Marge’s on Benjamin Cres for 7 years. Her love of gardening did not go unnoticed. Great neighbour. Condolences to the family.

Not only did Marge teach me in grade one but I had the pleasure of working with Marge early in my career. She was an excellent mentor and a wonderful teacher. She will be dearly missed!

Sending Mike and family my deepest condolences on the passing of Marg. Marg taught my sons at St Bernadette and as founding members of Holy Family Parish, saw the Szabo family regularly at mass. Marg lived her Catholic faith volunteering with CWL as well as the many liturgical ministries. She was a very kind and dedicated teacher. She will be fondly remembered

I am so very sorry to hear of Marge’s passing. We were both Provincial CWL Presidents when we met. Marge was gentle, caring and a friend who genuinely cared for humanity. Although we have not crossed paths in a number of years, I never forgot her loving presence. Rest in peace Marge!

Marge was my good friend when I lived in Regina and we have always kept in touch since moving to Ottawa in 1991. I will always remember her with fondness. We will always cherish the times we were able to spend with Marge, and are so thankful we were able to see her (and all of you) as often as we did. Whether is was in Regina (oh the meals and treats we consumed at the kitchen table!), or once down here in Southern California. She was such a joy to be around. We will miss her deeply.

Dear Val and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Marge. She was an incredible mentor to me as a new teacher. She showed me how to be a dedicated, enthusiastic, fun teacher to little kids and how to be a generous sharer of knowledge and time with a beginning teacher. I learned so much from her in such a short time. Her love of her family was foremost and her contributions to her school and church community were endless. I will forever remember her with twinkling eyes, lots of stories to share, an easy laugh and a woman with a very happy heart. I am so grateful to have had her as my mentor.

Sorry to hear of her loss. She was a lovely lady always so friendly when I worked with the music classes at the separate schools always had time for a chat. She was admired and respected by all for her kind manners by teachers and students alike. Condolences to all the family. May she Rest in Peace and Let the Perpetual Light shine on her.
