I have been honoured to sit with Pauline and to hear her stories. She loved holding hands when she was recalling her stories. She also enjoyed having her head stroked, but who wouldn’t love head strokes. It was an honour to hold your hands Pauline. You will forever be in my heart, and I love you Pauline. ♥️ I was able to capture pics of Kimberley and Pauline holding hands on August 28, 2022.

Education was indeed a serious focus for Pauline. As her much younger brother, I recall her challenging me and later a major influence in me attending university. Our conversations, including her final months, were substantive (education, world affairs, science). Rest in Peace dear sister.

We are saddened to hear of Pauline’s passing. Pauline was a trusted entity and provided child care and her special form of education to our son Max. She no doubt influenced Max in a very positive way. May peace be with all of you.
