Growing up on the farm next door, we spent a lot of time together, and I simply can't remember a time when there wasn't a smile on your mom's face and laughter in her voice. Losing a parent is tough. Richard and Minnie were our neighbors at the farm...as well as being relatives. My father, Harold Martin, and Richard were first cousins. It was always a fun time when we were together with Richard and Minnie. Time passes so quickly and now both are gone. I will remember both Richard and Minnie fondly. To the Schmidt girls and there families we are very sorry to hear of your Mom and Grandmothers passing. She was always a neat person to visit with. Having her always close by allowed you all to have many cherished memories. She was one of a kind.
