Belated condolences to Tom's family. He was a lifelong friend to my father, the late Cecil Ashford (of Gray and Regina, and more recently of Virginia) and was a great communicator during the last few years when things became more difficult with the aging and health process.

To Mr. Hannan ....he was the best teacher I had... he did make me very nervous but still worked at making me do my best and have good work ethics. It helped me through 11 and 12. ... And whenever he was where I was l was very pleased to see him and have a chat. I will miss those chats..

Sending sincere sympathies to Tom’s family. He was a lifelong friend of our Parents Gordon and Lois Byce. That connection continued with our family beyond their passing. He lived a long, active and meaningful life and will be remembered and appreciated by so many.

We are very sad to hear the passing away of Tom. He was our very first friend in Canada. Shortly after we arrived in Regina, in Dec. 1984, Three of my brothers were standing on the corner of College Ave by the Museum of Nat.History looking at a map. He offered to help them and we became friends since that day. He became a close friend to the Moran family. We spent many family celebrations together, like Christmas Eves, birthdays, weddings. I was blessed to visit with him this past January along with other family members in my trip to Regina. We will greatly miss him. He is resting now. Our condolances to his family. Wayne, Zahida, Isaiah, Josiah and Rebekah Hrenyk. Fort Payne, Alabama, U.S.A.

We were blessed to have Tom in our lives, he was a good friend and we considered him part of our family. He graced us with his presence to our family's Christmas Eve supper for over 30 years and they won't be the same without Tom.
Our condolences to his family and friends.

To Tom’s family and friends,
I send condolences to everyone who considered Tom family and a friend. What a dignified, humble and gentleman he was. He lived a long life and recently told me he didn’t know why he had such a long life. He was ready to leave this earthly life. His faith served him well. Rest In Peace Tom and rise in glory!
