My partner Brandi and I moved next door to Tim 10 years ago. Little did we know we would become great friends. We would chat about all sorts of things over the fence almost daily. Then Tim would pop by with his cran vodka’s and we would sit on the front deck and tell stories. As our friendship grew stronger we would have him over for dinner. Whenever Brandi’s parents come to town they are more concerned about seeing Tim than us :)
He taught me so many things about gardening, baking, art, you name it. I am so grateful for all of the knowledge he shared with me.
I am going to miss his infectious laugh, hearing him sneeze 12 times in a row and hearing him say “hey darlin’” when I would get home from work.
The neighbourhood won’t be the same without him but we are so fortunate to have spent so many good years and shared so many laughs. You’re forever in our hearts Tim.

I knew Tim as a neighbour in the Crescents area. He had a wonderful sense of humour and his garden was a sight to behold. I feel sad at his passing...far too soon. Condolences to all of his family and friends for their loss.

Our most sincere condolences to the family. I have had such wonderful memories of dealing with Neil and his family over the years I can imagine Tim was just as fine a person. God Bless you all, our thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Tim was two or three grades ahead of me at Sheldon-Williams Collegiate, where we first met. He immediately impressed me as a person who was gentle to the point of being vulnerable, while also being unreservedly sardonic. This is to say, he was a genuinely nice guy with a wicked sense of humour. A few years later, he had become a good friend of Monica - who later became and still is my wife - so I occasionally had the opportunity back then to enjoy partying with him. I will always be grateful to Tim, Lori and Nancy for letting me emotionally implode at their place the day I quit the CBC. The generousity of that social sanctuary has always stayed with me. Tim and I were not close. But I did get near enough to him to understand why those close to him loved him.

Farewell Tim, rest in peace. You were a part of our family for so many years, always there when we needed you, a part of significant celebrations and there to give us a kick in the pants or a hug depending on the situation
You will remain in our hearts but for now, they are broken.
Bill and I send our condolences and sympathy to your family
With love

I met Tim at the U of R. Tim, Nancy and I shared a house together, and it was a gathering place. Tim was a fantastic roommate, he liked to cook, lucky us; he kept the house clean and tidy, again lucky us!! Although life took me to different provinces we were always able to maintain a connection. Tim was one of those friends you never let go. He will forever be in the heaven of my heart.
My condolences to the Kramer family, and Tim's many friends.

Timothy was a great friend. Whenever I think of The Lake, Timothy’s name comes to me. We spent many summers hanging out together at The Lake which created many fun and happy memories. I’ll always remember seeing Tim come motoring down the road at Days Beach in his car which he named “Henry” to visit and have a beer or two and talk about anything and everything. For me, The Lake has lost some of its appeal with Tim being gone. We so looked forward to seeing each other. Another great memory is “The House of IM” in Saskatoon. Tim, Jim, Kim. 3 of us under one roof for a year at U of S. lots of laughter, some chaos, modern day 3 stooges. Yes and Tim’s skills in the kitchen was indeed amazing. My condolences to the Kramer family. We’ve lost a special person
