Dear Ken, Tyler and Luke
There are no words to describe our feelings on the loss of Diane. Our most sincere condolences to all of you for your loss. We apologize that we are not able to convey our sympathy to you in person at this time and that we missed the funeral as we are out of town. We have heard from many people that it was a beautiful tribute to Diane. We have talked about our many memories of time spent with you all. Our weekly Saturday breakfasts at Nickys , all the good times on ski trips or just family time together. We regret that we had not spent more time together in the recent years, it was always something we were going to do. We will all miss her dearly. We look forward to seeing you soon. Take care.

To Ken, Tyler, Luke and family,
It's hard to express fully our deepest sympathy to you over the death of our very treasured friend, Diane. We've known her for more than 30 years and have had a growing friendship as a foursome. We will always remember all the adventures and get-togethers we shared. Lots of laughs, but also sincerity as well as mutual support during trying times. Diane was always charming and humble, shrugging off compliments about her achievements, while giving compliments and a listening ear to others. She was the closest I had to a sister, and we loved and respected her greatly. It was obvious how much she loved the three of you. God bless you In this troubled time.

Diane was a friend, colleague and mentor who took me under her wing when I started as an Early Learning Coordinator in the province. I had the pleasure of co-facilitating presentations, planning and sharing materials with Diane over the last several years. She was always kind, patient, understanding and inspiring. Her dedication to the early learners both in RCSD and the province was remarkable.
I will miss Diane's leadership and loving friendship
Sending prayers,
Lindsay Charabin

My sincerest condolences to Diane's husband and family. Diane was an enlightened soul who worked selflessly for the benefit of others. I was so fortunate to cross paths with her in the Early Childhood world and again as a reader for the Willow Awards. Always willing to lend a hand even though she had little spare time. She was a gem and so saddened for this loss. Her legacy will live on.

Dear Ken and Family --- Nothing we can say will ease the pain - but you know we are very sorry to hear of the death of your dear wife, Diane. We only got to know you both a short time, but thought a great deal of both of you Diane was a lovely, kind, smart, compassionate lady and we know you will greatly miss her, which is natural. Try to remember the good times and this with the love and support of your family and friends will get you through the very long, hard days ahead. God bless you and help you through the days ahead.

Sending your family my deepest sympathy. I had the privilege of working under Diane for a very short time this fall while in a Pre K class. Her enthusiasm and vibrancy for her job flowed right to the people she worked with, I am thankful that I had an opportunity even though it was brief to know her. In that short time she made an impact on me. Take strength and comfort in one another during this difficult time. I will say a prayer for your family and may God keep you in his care.

From a professional standpoint, Diane always had the wellbeing of the children she worked with and advocated for deeply rooted in her heart...because at the end of the day, when difficult decisions had to be made, she would ask, “What is best for this child?” Simple logic – yet it is sometimes hard to maintain such a clear and consistent bearing…and Diane did. She was highly intelligent and intuitive, yet not driven by ego – instead she seemed to have an unending need to help others. A remarkable woman. My condolences to her family. Thank you for helping her to be so special. God will take care of her in the same way that she took care of so many others.

Our deepest sympathy to you Ken, Tyler and Luke, and to all of your family.
We know the love you and Diane shared was special and the loss will be great.
We have memories of Richard teaching Diane when she was a young girl at Marian High, and then years later, when Mary Scott brought you all to my Pre-school, where we began a relationship which included several years of great conversations with two wonderful parents and me taking care of your two little boys who were the joy of your lives and always would be. It was a special time to be cherished.
I will always treasure my memories of Diane and her warm, loving personality. She was genuine in every way.
Our love and prayers are with you at this very sad time and please stay strong and take care of each other, as you know Diane would want you to.
Love,
Richard and Susan Maze and Family
