As I think about how we grew up together and wish we spent more time together in recent years. God has called u way too soon and I will miss your good hearted nature always a good friend. It is with loving kindness that I remember Dean as my nephew and friend. We shared some laughter and some sadness, some good times and some bad. I will remember Dean as a loving and kind soul, my sister's child whom Phyllis loved and cared for while she was with us and will again welcome Him into her arms in Heaven. Today, in Calgary, I mourn Dean's passing as I am unable to attend the memorial/funeral and the sudden loss of another of Our family. Sincerest condolences to all his family and friends. Dish Dr. Dean. Back in 2010, Dean emailed me this picture of him working on top of the SaskTel roof. I think he really enjoyed days like this: being outside and working alongside his good buddy Gord (that's who took the photo). He looked truly happy here.

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you, Lisa, Dean's children, and all Dean's other relatives, family, co-workers and friends on the loss of Dean, my nephew!
As Dean's Godmother, I regret that I am unable to attend the service due to a severe knee injury at this time. I am very saddened by Dean's sudden death as it came as a complete shock - I shall truly miss him as part of my family and life!
