Dear Lisa, Leslie and Family,
My heart felt condolences to all of you on Shirley's passing, as I am sure this is a challenging and very sad time for you - my hugs to all. I have very fond memories of your Mom, and they make me smile thinking about those visits over the years, many with you both in tow! Shirley would tell stories, and laugh with my Mom, and Grama Hurd, and it was a pretty wonderful lady fest to be part of. She was always ready to hear about one's adventures, and offer up comments, advice, and fashion tips. In the very early days you would be toddlers keeping everyone busy, and I would be sweating buckets about the fate of my Barbie dolls in the hands of the two of you! Many lovely times and memories.
