So sorry for your loss,I knew Jeff when I was 17 in the 70's and heard he had gone into recovery. I attended my first meeting out here on the west coast now 36 yrs sober and clean.I rarely get to Regina, all my family being gone. Jeff was a very kind man and had the best sense of humour.I am sure he will be extremely missed.

R.I.P. Jeff Coutts,
Great guy and always had a lot of good stories, and perhaps the best Beatle record collection in Regina. Ron, I remember you and I and Dave listening to his records upstairs at your family home. My condolences to your and your family for the passing of your older brother. He was a lot of fun, a good dude.

I haven't seen Jeff for years, but I'm saddened by the news of his death. At least he went peacefully in his sleep. I knew him as tough and gruff, with a deep concern for people underneath. Did I mention his wicked sense of humour.
He had a strong commitment for what he believed in. At one time in the '80s, during a financially difficult period at the Rainbow Youth Centre where he worked, Jeff actually resigned his paid position but kept working it as a volunteer. Happily, this only lasted a little while, and he was soon able to resume his job working with Rainbow's youth.
I sadly lost track of Jeff these past few years... probably because I haven't been in Regina that much recently. I'm not in town now so unfortunately I'll be missing the get-together. I do extend my deep condolences to family and friends who were close to him at the end. He was a helluva guy.

i am so sorry to hear that Jeffrey has passed. He was a good friend, helped me get clean and sober and was a room mate for a time. Please accept my sincere condolences.
