Obituary of James Alexander Clarke

JAMES CLARKE James Alexander William Clarke, age 58 years, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2016 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina after a courageous battle with cancer. Jim was born in Regina to Bill and Gerry Clarke on September 16th, 1957. He went to high school at Campbell Collegiate and graduated in 1975. He went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina. He worked as an operations manager for IPSCO / EVRAZ for over 30 years and retired as the Vice President of Tubular Operations. His love for music was evident to most and he had a passion for reading. He enjoyed golfing, curling, and spirited discussions with friends. Jim is survived by his wife Valerie, son Paul (Amanda), son Alex (Kyrstin), mother Gerry, sister Tara Santha (Doug), sister Debby (Terry), brother Peter (Alison), brother Rob (Charlene) and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Bill. Memorial donations may be made, in James’ memory, to Crohn's and Colitis Canada on their website www.crohnsandcolitis.ca The family wishes to extend their gratitude to everyone who provided support over the past several years. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
