My deepest sympathies to Jim & Family.
I went to Miller Comprehensive High School from 1983 to 1986, and worked in the cafeteria with Mrs Tocker she was very nice and so soft spoken, patient and helped the students who took commercial cooking. She enjoyed serving the students the meals that were prepared the favorite was the fries and gravy which was the best ever. I will always have fond memories of Mrs.Julia Tocker and Mrs. Mann who were in charge of the cafeteria.
My thoughts and prayers to the Tocker Family.

To Russ, Cindi, Robyn, Marcia and Mr. Tocker,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. Mrs. Tocker was one of the kindest ladies I have known and always made me feel welcome at your home. I recall her gentle sense of humour and positive outlook on life. Her generosity of her time at Holy Cross Parish and her kindness to all the students at Miller High will be remembered by all of those that she touched.
On behalf of Abbey, Kristen, Connor and myself, please accept our sincere condolences. We will pray for your Mom and for all of you at tomorrow's service.
Take care,
Ross MacKinnon

Dear Jim & Family, I felt very sad today when I read about Ann's passing. Somehow the years flew by and we lost touch, but I never have forgotten how good she was to me when we were in the hospital together 49 years ago. I know if we had lived closer to each other we would have had a strong friendship. We offer our deepest sympathy to all of you. May God bless you and give you strength at this sad time.
Sincerely, Frank & Marilyn

My deepest sympathy to Uncle Jim, Russ, Cindy, Robyn and Marcia. As I am trying to put some words down I am smiling remembering Auntie Julie's voice. One time when I stopped in to visit (too long ago) it was late in the afternoon and Auntie Julie was cooking bacon and eggs. She asked, is that okay with you? I said how can you go wrong with Bacon and Eggs? She turned and laughed to Uncle Jim "You see Jim, he could fit in with our family."
Our thought's and prayers are with you.
Randy, Cheryl, Brett, Joelee and Nate.

On behalf of our family, sincere condolences go out to Jim, Marcia, Russell and family. Julie was always a big part of my parent's life; when she was young and starting a new life in Regina and later as godparents to both Marcia and Russell. We have fond memories of visits to their homes in Regina and anticipating their visits to the farm in Esterhazy. JIm and Julie truly had a wonderful married life and so proud of their children. Julie will always be remembered as a quiet, gentle, caring soul but also as a "role model" homemaker, wife and mother and a very proud grandmother. May happy memories be with you all at the difficult time.

I remember Mrs. Toker from the cooking class she helped with at Miller High. She was so kind and patient when teaching us. She is one of the reasons I became a cook when I first got out of high school. Though it is not my career job I still love cooking for family and friends.
So sorry for your loss but know she impacted a lot of lives.

I'm sending my heartfelt condolences to Marcia, Russell, Mr. Tocker and the relatives. Mrs. And Mr. Tocker always included me in the weekend trips to Esterhazy where all the aunts and uncles gathered and spoiled us. I was always loved and cared for by them. They accepted me into their family and I truly love them and am very appreciative for that wonderful lesson in life. Mrs. Tocker was a gentle, kind and loving lady. I will miss her tremendously. We now have a truly loving guardian angel watching over all of us. Until we meet again......
