Obituary of Brenda May Trumbley

BRENDA MAY TRUMBLEY December 10, 1953 – September 28, 2016 Brenda passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 with her mother by her side at the William Booth Grace Hospice. She was predeceased by her father Roy, uncle John and aunt Bessie Fishley, uncle Stuart Fishley, aunt Hazel and uncle Lawrence Burgess, aunt Dianna Fishley and uncle Bill Klatt, uncle John and aunt Gertie Trumbley, aunt Myrtle (first husband, uncle Pat Young) and uncle John Huber, aunt Ruby Howard and also her grandparents Jessie and Fred Fishley of Bethune and Pete and Maggie Trumbley of Regina, as well as her great-grandfather Jim Thompson. Brenda is survived by her mother Wilma Trumbley; aunt Ruby (Bill) Klatt; uncle Blake (Dianna) Fishley; aunt Rose (Stuart) Fishley; aunt Reta and uncle Jim Kennedy; aunt Helen Kufley; uncle Ollie (Ruby) Howard; as well as numerous cousins, extended family and many friends. She attended MacNabb public school, Martin Collegiate, and Graceland University in Lamoni Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Brenda took University Art classes and made several beautiful bowls. She enjoyed physical exercise and ballroom dancing. Brenda worked for Saskatchewan Municipal Assessment Agency for 33 years. The family is grateful to the kind and supportive staff at the William Booth Grace Hospice. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Elder Dan Esch officiating.
