Obituary of James Alexander Pasklar

James passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday, December 22, 2016 after a courageous battle against cancer. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Phyllis Pasklar. James is survived by his wife of 29 years Shawna; son Ben; daughters Amanda and Cindy (Brandon) Bereti; sisters Dianne Wharington, Linda Parker and Debbie Pasklar; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. James was an amazing musician and was involved in many bands in the community. The sounds of his trumpet brightened the lives of many. Other than his family, music was his passion in life. James was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend to all. He will truly be missed. His family would like to extend their gratitude to the loving care and compassion of the nurses and staff on unit 3B at the Pasqua Hospital. Funeral Service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
