Obituary of Mary Ellen Taylor

MARY ELLEN TAYLOR (née BOLAND) May 8, 1925 – January 2, 2017 Mary, of Regina, was born in Lancashire, England and came to Montreal as a warbride in 1946. She was predeceased by her husband Winston Churchill Taylor; her four brothers and one sister. Mary is survived by her three sons, Stewart (Gail) of California, Stephen (Elena) of Montreal, Philip (Frances) of Toronto; three daughters, Barbara (Edward) Nedelcov of Regina, Joan Taylor of Edmonton, and Sharon Taylor of Australia. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Mom was a wonderful and kind-hearted person and a great champion for the underdog. Mary fostered many children and donated to numerous charities and will be greatly missed. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Martin de Porres R.C.
