I will always remember Gladys as a positive, resilient person who could handle all the challenges life presented her. I remember our family living with her family as a kid when we were resettling in Regina. It was a busy house with my brother Dan and I being about the same age as Diane and Vicki. Later I got to know her and Cheryl better when she married my Uncle Clayton. She always had a smile and a craft project on the go. Thanks to Cheryl for calling and letting us know about the funeral. All the best to her family. Greg, Claudette, Pascal and Eric.

We were saddened to learn of Gladys' passing this week. She was a lovely lady and a wonderful friend to my parents, Paul and Amanda Whitman. They enjoyed her visits to Nova Scotia so much and have fond memories of their times together. (I also enjoyed her visits and her vibrant personality!)
