Please accept my condolences in the passing of Arlene. Words are never adequate in moments such as this, however, I feel very privileged to have had the fortune of meeting Arlene last year and will always remember her warm smile and sweet spirit. My hope is that everyone's prayers and words of comfort may ease the pain of your loss just a tiny bit. Thinking of you and sending much love!

Paul, you have my deepest condolences. My prayers continue for you and your family as you move forward. Arlene was a most gracious, kind and loving person, and in our crossing of paths, a person who put the care and needs of others before her own. She will never be forgotten in the hearts of all who were blessed with her presence.

We will cherish all the wonderful memories we have of our visits with our dear Aunt Arlene. Aunt Arlene always thought of us on every occasion and sent one of her special Jacquie Lawson cards. We always appreciated her keeping in touch and for thinking of us. We will think of her as occasions go by and remember her kindness, her thoughtfulness and remember the warm-hearted person she was. We will miss her deeply.

No one better than God, understands the depth of your pain and can help you cope with your disquieting thoughts. I hope that in due time your family receives God’s peace that excels all thought, so that it will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus. God is called the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation. Rest assured that God cares for all his creatures and he would never bring us suffering. A soothing scripture I like is Psalm 34:18 which reads: “Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart, and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.” He promised that in the Paradise, we will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free from all problems, accidents, and sickness. Even our dead loved ones like Arlene will be resurrected. (Psalm 37:9, 29; John 5:28, 29) With all my sympathy for the loss of someone so cherished.

To Paul & Family:
Ken and I were saddened to hear of Arlene's passing this morning. I remember several great years of working with Arlene at TD, she was a wonderful woman, you wouldn't find another woman that was so full of class and grace, with a big heart, and a great sense of humour. I always remember those working times with fondness.
Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
