Donna, Kathryn, Allan, Greg and family,
It breaks my heart with your immense loss in Graham's passing. Whenever he would grace the restaurant with his presence, he would always bring smiles and laughter to the staff and myself. We became fast friends from our first encounter. I'd say he was coming for the food, but I have a sneaky suspicion he appreciated the hugs he'd get from the servers too!
Graham was a true gentleman. He was a man of humility, integrity, honesty, and compassion. His charm, wit and humour were second to none. He was the genuine article. You would especially see these character traits shine through when he would speak of his beloved family and his adventures through life with great pride.
I will miss having him walk through my door. I will miss that twinkle in his eye whenever he would make a witty comment, as he would patiently wait to see my reaction to see if I took the bait. Inevitably I would wait for his lip to curl up and smile when I would call his bluff. But most importantly, I will miss a very special friend and the impression he left on me. For that I will always be grateful.
My deepest and most sincere condolences to all the family. May his memory be eternal.

Thanks Graham for your kindness, smile and great humour. You were one of the classiest guys around! You always had time to chat to the trainers at whatever hockey event or game you were attending. The hockey world is much greater you were a part of it.

We are both experiencing such a heartfelt sadness for our loss. Graham was my reason for attending Pats games...Elaine...his dry sense of humour and twinkle in his eye made my heart melt. During my time as team physician for the Pats...Ian, Graham was a sense of stability and insight I came to cherish. We are not telling you anything new, but Graham was an inspiration to all of us. We will miss him so.

Like many I met Graham though hockey however it was his love of Dairy Queen that kept us in touch . Graham was a staff favorite and he will be missed by many that looked forward to his visits and genuine sincerity.
He was a great man and I will miss our visits as he and Bill Liskowich teased each other relentlessly.
He's going to make heaven a better place for us all.

Barry and I spent so many wonderful times with Graham and Verna. On several occasions, when we went out for dinner, Graham would wait until we had all placed our orders with the waitress and then he would say "I'll have what my Dad's having!" He also would insist that Verna was jealous because the twenty year old waitress was interested in him. He told me more than once, how he followed Verna home from school on his bicycle when he was 14 years old. That was the beginning of a love affair that lasted over 60 years. My memories of Graham are about friendship and humour, not about hockey. I'm sure somewhere, he's teasing Verna!

My sincere condolences to the entire Tuer family on the passing of Graham. I had the distinct honor and privilege of working with Graham as volunteers in the SMAAAHL since it's inception in the early 1980's. He established himself as a true Saskatchewan Hockey Icon and leaves a legacy that will not be surpassed. His annual visit to the 12 SMAAAHL centres became known as the "Tuer Tour" and may God grant him peace and rest on his final tour!
Sincerely, Joe C. Bloski, Past Pres.
