It is with a heavy heart we learn of Fern passing. I recall many great times in Baden and again when posted together in Kingston. It was great to speak with you and her just last summer and regret we did not have the opportunity to meet at that time. She was one in a million who always brought joy, even when she sassed us a bit. All the best to you Ray at this most difficult of times and condolences to the rest of the family as well. She will be remembered. RIP Fern.

Dear Uncle Ray, John, Jen and Family, We're so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I have so many fond memories of Zia Fern. I'll always remember her help and generosity in finding my first house in London while she was living in Paris. Not to mention our mutual love of sfoglia cake from Baker's Table...And when we had Cyrus, he loved every visit with Zia; he was shy but she connected with him instantly.
