NICHOLA ANN HAUCK

(née MOCK)

Nikki, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Predeceased by parents, John Rudolph Mock and Barbara Theresia Mock (née Todoruck), Nikki is survived by her daughter Anne (Larry Haluk), grandson Christopher, great-granddaughter Mia; her son Gordon (Delee), grandson Tristan; Anne and Gordon's sister Mirela; her brother Rev. John Mock; the father of her children and still good friend Gerald Hauck (Tonia); as well as many cousins, especially Richard Rothermal (Soley) of Victoria, BC. Nikki was a strong, compassionate and caring woman. She participated heavily in many parish councils and volunteered tirelessly for so many different causes. Nikki received a blessing from Pope Francis for her 36 years of service at Holy Cross parish. She worked for many years at Harvard Developments as an Administrative Assistant. The family would like to offer special gratitude for the nurses at the Palliative unit of the Pasqua hospital for their compassion and care through this difficult time. Prayers for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Parish, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina, SK on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 7T1.
