To Eileen's family: my sympathy on the loss of your dear Mom. She was a very special lady with an exemplary work ethic and took great pride in her job at Luther College. I have many treasured memories, and recipes, that she shared with me over the years. She was a very generous and hardworking woman - beautiful inside and out. "Rest eternal grant unto her O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her".

I attended Luther from 1998-2002 and still remember Mrs. Tumack very fondly. She was such a nice lady and I always enjoyed talking with her when I went down for lunch. I know I speak for many of my classmates when I say that she was a special part of our high school experience and will be dearly missed.

My heartfelt condolences to the Tumack Family! I am a sister to Mrs Tumack's daughter in-law Terri and had the pleasure of many many visits with Eileen over the years. Each and every visit was full of fun and laughter and great stories. Her garden was amazing and my oldest daughter even attended bible school one summer at her church. May you always cherish your memories of such a wonderful Mom and Grandma. Hugs and warm thoughts for you all.
