When people asked me how I derived at the name "King of Horace" for one of my paintings, I tell them it is in honour of my late brother who lived on Horace Street. I think of you every day Kev. Love and miss you forever. Cindy

I was saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. I live across the street from Kevin and I had many visits with him while I was watering or working in the flowerbeds in my front yard. He often spoke of his family especially his Grandmother as she was a gardener like me. I will miss our visits and his insights on life.

We just heard the news. I'm wondering where to start. Kevin has been for years a part of our life and everyone who knew him. He had a soft side .a humorous side ,and a feisty side too ,which we always razzed each other about and it would often end in a play fight. He was funny ,and knowledgeable in so many areas and was always for us a big part of our trip downtown. We would find him or he us and have a good chat and many laughs .And sometimes sit for a bite to eat. He always thought of others before himself and we will never forget him and will treasure our memories forever. Whether it be siting with him over his a and w fries and chatting or talking with him in scarth st etc .We thought the world of him and will pray daily for he and his family. My Son and I will never forget him ❤️ We'll miss You Kevin rip until we see u on the other side my dear friend (Archie) he called me Edith and I called him Archie God Bless You Kevin Fly free friend forever

Heartfelt condolences to Kevin's family and friends. May God's peace be with you. I knew Kevin as a customer at Extra Foods for many years...he always brightened my day with his sense of humour and laughter. He would also pop into our church (The Bridge Foursquare Gospel) and gift us with his presence, the last time was just 3 Sundays ago and we had a nice long chat. Kevin was a gentle and kind man who will be missed by all who's lives he touched. Looking forward to seeing him in Heaven and hearing his laughter again.
