So very sad to hear about James. He and I were close friends growing up on the farm and then in Vibank. We both headed off to University together and were roommates for our first year, some hard work and a ton of fun and lots of laughs – good times. He will be missed…

My thoughts and prayers. I just found out and am gobsmacked to hear! James was my very first supervisor when I started at SaskEnergy/TransGas. He was always a great practical joker and was a fair and honest guy. His love for his Habs was only second to the love he had for his family. He shared so much with those around him while he was here!
I know I would often pop up to see him in his new role at energy and we always chatted about the great times we had goofing around.
I will be thinking of James and the entire family today.

My deepest condolences to you and your entire family on James’ passing. He was always so friendly at work and his style sure set the bar high for others.
I have a great photo of James and the boys at work in their Christmas suits (which he told me they ordered from Macy’s New York). They had so much fun visiting us all and showing off the outfits complete with fur hats.
I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. James will be missed by so many.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of James. We always met James and Claudette at the Grey cup party at Wendell and Mary Anne’s. We loved his funny dry humour and for some reason he was always in the circle of the winning pool tickets. We hoped and prayed that with this crazy disease he would be in the winning circle but the cards were not so. We will miss you so much James. Rest In Peace now. You left us too soon

If it wasn’t for you James, I wouldn’t have learned of your open road convertible rides, your love of the farm, and also the misery of journey Home.
Smile while you are in His arms. You are home and when I see you, I will thank you for such a fine introduction to an amazing Family and an amazing Man.
