Obituary of James Anthony Keller

James passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018, at the age of 56 years, after his 51 week journey with cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer).  He was predeceased by his parents, Ludwig Keller (2000) and Agnes Keller (Schlosser) (1983); and an infant brother, Clifford (1956). James will be deeply missed by his wife of 30 years, Claudette (Warnke) and their children, Brittney and Brett.   Family meant everything to James, having grown up as the baby in a large family of eight children.  He is the first to join their parents in heaven, leaving behind Donna (Joe) Brule; Elanna (Gary) Gilbert; Bonnie Neil; MaryAnn (Wendell) Knoll, Maureen (Brian) Turlock; and Wayne Keller.  He loved his nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.  Uncle James fondly says goodbye to April, Justice, Rilie and Brayden Johnson;  Danielle, Jeff, Satine and Gabrielle Lundgren;  Dana, Kylie, Sydney and Chloe Brule;  Chris Herback; Ryan, Heather, Marley and Cassie Gilbert; Mark Knoll;  Scott, Shanyn, Taylor, Lily, Lexi and Cooper Knoll;  Zachary Turlock and Chelsea Nichol; Mackenzie, Kirsten and Maverick Turlock.   He leaves behind a big hole in the Warnke hearts as well, being loved by his mother and father-in-law, Peter and Yvette Warnke; brother-in-law Dean (Donna) Warnke; and nieces Danielle and Kelsey. We would like to thank Dr. Tan and Dr.Nayeem of Interventional Radiology, as well as Dr. O’Byrne and Dr. Achyuthan for all they did for James, above and beyond with compassion and caring, to extend his time with us.  And a ginormous thank you to nurses Lisa, Travis and Sister April of Palliative Home Care – you were amazing.    Funeral Service for James will be held at Resurrection Roman Catholic Church, 3155 Windsor Park Road, Regina, SK, on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. In honour of James please wear a fedora or a hat of your choice!  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in James’ name may be made to The Interventional Radiology Department at the Regina General Hospital, C.O.  #225-1874 Scarth Street, Regina, SK, S4P 4B3.  To
