Shelly, my lovely wife. There are no words to say how much I miss you, as I still lay awake at night thinking about you and still can't believe that you're not coming home. You were the best thing that ever happened to me, and I will always remember all the great years we had together, right from the night that I asked you for a dance in June of 1989. The life we built together was second to none, from the day we said " I do " it was about us enjoying our time together, with family and friends. As I lay here with tears in my eyes at 4am wishing you were here beside me but knowing that one day we will be together again.
Till that day I will always love you and miss you.

I was so very shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend. We became very close during our time in the disability area at GWL. We always had lunch together and enjoyed many conversations about our families. Shelly was always there for me during my own medical struggles and was the first one to call me.
