Please accept our condolences on Bob’s passing. He contributed so much to the community over the years. At every YMCA annual general meeting for so many years he would lead us all in the singing of ‘Oh Canada’ and his wisdom and superb business acumen guided the ‘Y’ through good times (and not so good times). He will be missed greatly.

Dear Gesa
So very sorry to hear Bob has left us. Although we don't see many people anymore it's always comforting to think about the past and our old friends and the good times we used to have.( Well, not so sure being dropped in our pool fully clothed was a great time for you, but you were very gracious about it)
I know you will carry on with strength.
Freddie

Gesa and family- Sadly, we learned of Bob's passing Friday evening. You have every reason to be extremely proud of the way he lived his life. Bob's dedication to his profession was matched by his outstanding personal support for a variety of community organizations.
Bob and I were linked by a love of music and sport. We sang together for many years in the Regina Philharmonic Chorus, and got to spend more time together while preparing for a number of local Operas. Our singing on stage was our strong suitN, our dancing-perhaps questionable?
We both shared an intense interest in the Riders and spent a fair amount of time debating the merits of their coaching, roster choices, and strategies- either in person, or via email. I'll miss those discussions.
We also shared an appreciation for chinese food, and would meet a few times a year at the Peking restaurant- usually Bob's treat.
Bob lived a full and productive life, and left us all wanting more. Lorne

Family,
My parents were Les and Dot Tendler. I remember Mr. Arscott well. He, along with Mrs. Arscott, would arrive at the house for many social gatherings. I fondly remember Mr. Arscott for his kindness, smile, and caring nature. He will be missed. My condolences go out to the family.

To the Entire Arscott Family:
We are saddened to hear of the passing of "Big Bob". He was such a character and was always so full of fun and humour. Working for him was an honour but more importantly the friendship that ensued over the years thereafter, with the sending of funny post cards from all parts of the world and the phone calls and lunch dates that had me chuckling for days thereafter. He was a good man and will be missed by many. Please keep your treasured memories close to your heart and remember who he was in his vibrant days, not how he was in the final days.... Please accept our sincere condolences on your loss.
