I remember her as a great mother figure. She took me in and cared for me. They both came to my graduation and she was loved by all. She will be sadly missed. I will miss her greatly and I'm glad she raised me as if I was her own.

To Cheryl, Charlene & Todd I was sad to read of Arlene’s death in the Leader Post. While we haven’t kept in touch over the years I remember Arlene as a beautilfil lady..... inside & out......always had a baby in her care! My husband Irven (deceiced 2014) delivered milk to their home in earlier years and Fred played at my sons wedding (Fred & Mariann nee Focht). My deepest condolences to all of you & your families at this sad time of your moms passing! Betty Wagner

Please know that I am thinking of you at this difficult time. I have the most wonderful memories of spending time at my aunt Arlene’s home in Regina. I remember all of the cute foster kids and my wonderful cousins. Trips on that old school bus were always a treat. She will be forever fondly remembered.
