Joni, our hearts go out to you at this time, I was shocked to hear via Dean of Kevin's passing. The two of you made a great couple, I recognized this in those early dating years when Kevin opened his home for me as I transitioned. Joni, Family and all friends, my condolences, way to young. Hadn’t seen Kevin for so long. But go so far back, first met him working at Victoria McDonald’s in 75, we were brats! Went to Balfour together, played football and those crazy Welding classes together, then went to SIAST in 82-83 to get our journeyman’s. We were both Steelworkers, he worked at DB with my brother and I was at Westank, did a lot of Union activity together. My best memory of Kevin was how much we use to laugh together, one of my funniest friends. Rest In Peace buddy, till we meet again ....

So sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. I worked with him in the '80's at Dominion Bridge..Always a stand up guy that everyone looked up to and enjoyed his company.. I hadnt seen him for years, but by sad chance in his Fort Quappelle Firefighter role, i ran into him at Echo Lake while he was on a search and rescue mission, and we caught up....God Bless....Kevin Percy

Joni, We are so sorry to hear about Kevin. We think of you guys and the great times we had sitting at the football games together. I remember what a great influence Kevin was for Marc. Where would he be without Kevin making sure they used the binoculars not to just watch the game but also check out the hot tub in the end zone.
