Ellis, I've known you for 50 years and although I moved around this country many times, it was like time stood still when we saw each other after long absences. I'm happy I attended the marriage of you and Leslie and and watched how much your love blossomed. You were blessed with children you would be proud of. You were like a son ro my father and a brother to me.the biggest reason I can celebrate your life is knowing you are together again with your one true love. RIP Ellis. I also had the honour of working with Ellis at RPS. He taught me so much, and we loved to trade anecdotes with each other. Always crusty, he had a wonderful sense of humour, and I will always wish I’d had one more coffee with him..................

Had the pleasure and honor to work with the Commissionaires from October 2001 until October 2011. I woked with Ellis and ended up being the Supervisor of the Police Detachment. Ellis was always happy and very helpful to the police officers and fellow workers. I feel honored to have been part of his life and would be send to send Sincere Condolences to his family members.
