Obituary of Ricky Brett Laird

Rick Brett Laird, of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by father, Glenn Laird. Rick is survived by mother Nona Laird; sister Shelley Lax and brother-in-law Don Lax; brother Rob Laird and sister-in-law Madeleine Laird. Rick loved his family, relatives and friends and took great pleasure keeping in touch with all his nieces and nephews. He was an avid sports fan of the Montreal Canadiens, Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Braves. Rick’s true passion was thoroughbred horse racing where he spent 20 years in the industry. In respect of Rick’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private family celebration of life was held.
